I offer therapy through the Conscious Mind Empowerment Method (CMEM). Built on the Two-Minds Framework, CMEM is more than a therapeutic framework. It offers a practical approach to understanding your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, helping you respond to life's challenges with greater wisdom, kindness, values, logic, and courage.
Over time, this work helps you make sense of your instinctive, protective responses and develop the confidence to respond with greater intention, so your actions increasingly reflect the person you want to be.
Sessions are delivered online, allowing you to work with me from anywhere in the world.

Understanding this difference is only the beginning. Through the structured 4-Step Change Process, you learn to step back from unhelpful patterns, develop self-compassion, reframe challenges, and take actions that better reflect the person you want to be.
The aim is not to eliminate difficult thoughts or feelings, but to change your relationship with them. Over time, they become experiences to acknowledge rather than forces that dictate your choices.

What to Expect
We begin by clarifying what matters most to you and then identify the patterns that may be holding you back. From there, we build practical tools to strengthen emotional resilience and intentional decision-making.
Therapy is available as individual sessions or as structured 6 and 12 session programmes based on the Conscious Mind Empowerment Method. Together, we'll decide which approach best suits your goals and circumstances.
The work is thoughtful and grounded — focused on sustainable change rather than quick fixes.

Online therapy offers flexible, confidential support wherever you are.
If travel, location or schedule make in-person work difficult, sessions can be accessed securely from your own space — without compromising the depth or quality of the work.
